Well,... Hi there , after my attendance at a tribunal before a registrar and having my due process denied,,,, yesterday, my son attended the Port kembla court re an Apprehended Violence Order his ex girlfriend took out against him, as she took his cash card, and he used reasonable force to have same returned to him, so after her complaint to Police re his actions, he was charged with 4 counts of assault 2 of which were indictable, all because the alledged victim had minor bruises on her person and red marks on her wrists , due to the reasonable force to get ones property returned.
So after the usual visits to legal aid and so on the matter was defended and the result yesterday was a dismissal, (Yess there is stil a bit of justice here down under),.. After the matter was over and the legal aid solicitor was discussing matters with us outside the court, I raised with him the inefficient job the Police did with their so called investigatioin into the matter, (which resulted in a dismissal),The fact that were still under the level 6 pandemic vide the WHO, and my son asked if he was able to sue for defimation of charachter, and he was informed that he did not have a legal right to under current legislation..? I then asked the solicitor "If the government were to make it mandatory for you to recieve the flu shot and the rfiD chip,.. would you voluntarily comply with their wishes?"
and to my amazement a big smiling Yes and a nodding head informed us that yes he would. So i tried to explain my thoughts on the matter, but the solicitor was busy and had to rush off.
So ive had my mentally ill friend only a few months ago, removed from her residence whthout breaking any laws, My vehicle was taken from the parking spot provided by my landlord and they, are hesitating in giving my their legal departments information, re compensation . my landlord is still discriminating against me by lowering my security to that compared to my neighbours, in a police black spot high crime area. My son had to defend himself from an ADVO, and the government here is giving womens groups more money to make it easier for them to take out these Waste of time ,ADVO's that women in this country openly use to demean men. People seem to be happy with being soft weapon attacked. even after you tell them and give them the websdites re information.... sigh so my apologies ive been a tad busy latley Fighting to keep living where i am, Open discrimination, caring for my sibling and a friend.. trapsing back and foward to and from court and govt offices, informing people re NWO and being told "Who wants your opinion mate U need scheduling"
Endeavouring to perserver and finding im agreeing more with malitia radio comments and general attitude. whether im wearing my suit or fatigues....
