These Chinese forces are all a part of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) which is the unified military organization of all land, sea, and air forces of the People's (Communist) Republic of China and is the largest military force in the World.Russia’s Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) in its end of year report on the capabilities of other major Global powers that could possibly threaten the Motherland are shockingly reporting today that “between 4,500 to 5,000” Chinese People's Armed Police, and Second and Third Department Forces have been “secreted” this past year (2009) into the United States for“purposes as yet unknown”.

The People's Armed Police Force (CPAP) is a paramilitary force of nearly 700,000 troops primarily responsible for civilian policing and fire rescue duties in the People's Republic of China. CPAP border security forces also guard China's land and sea borders, as well as its ports and airports, and were given, for the first time in their history, the “statutory authority to respond to riots, terrorist attacks or other emergencies” in August, 2009.
The Third Department of China’s General Staff Headquarters is responsible for monitoring the telecommunications of foreign armies and producing finished intelligence based on the military information collected and maintains the most extensive SIGINT network of all the countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including the United States. The PLA Foreign Language Institute atLuoyang also comes under the Third Department of the General Staff Department and is responsible for training foreign language cadres for the monitoring of foreign military intelligence.
The Second Department of China’s General Staff Headquarters is responsible for collecting military information. Activities include military attaches at Chinese embassies abroad, clandestine special agents sent to foreign countries to collect military information, and the analysis of information publicly published in foreign countries. The GRU states in these reports that The Second Department are “most assuredly” in command of both CPAP and Third Department forces currently operating in the United States.

To the ability of China to secret such large numbers of military forces into the United States these reports state would be (literally) a “cake walk” as this Communist Nation (unbelievably) controls two of the Americans largest port facilities through their China Ocean Shipping Company (COSCO), the merchant marine for the People's Liberation Army, located in Long Beach, California and Boston, Massachusetts.
Important to note is that Russia had previously rejected the notion of China controlling any ports in the Motherland as being “incompatible” with its National security and added on economic grounds “It doesn't make sense to assist natural competitors.”

The United States, however, has not thought likewise in their giving to Communist China such power over them, but for a more shocking reason then seems possible, but is nevertheless true, the Chinese have bought off US lawmakers, and as we can read as confirmed by the Washington Post News Service:
“Ten years ago, U.S. lawmakers publicly accused the China Ocean Shipping Co. of being a front for espionage and blocked plans to expand its Long Beach, Calif., port terminal over fears that Chinese spies would use it to snoop on the United States.

By last year, Congress was seeing the state-owned Chinese behemoth in a far kinder light. Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) authored a resolution applauding the company for employing thousands of Americans and helping keep the waters of Alaska clean. Rep. Stephen F. Lynch (D-Mass.) hailed the firm on the House floor, calling its chief executive "a people's ambassador" to the United States after it rescued Boston's port — and thousands of jobs — when a European shipping line moved out.

The congressional about-face illustrates a dramatic increase in China's influence on Capitol Hill, where for years its lobbying muscle never matched its ballooning importance in world affairs.”
An even greater threat to the Americans, this reports continues, is in China’s now controlling the vast Lazaro Cardenas Seaport in Mexico, and which through its linkage to the currently under construction Trans Texas Corridor (TTC) the GRU estimates that the Chinese, should they so choose, pour into North America over 500,000 military troops within a four week period.

This report also, and ominously, warns that the United States and China are on a “collision course” with each other over their fight for our Earth’s last remaining natural resources, and which took a most dangerous turn these past few weeks after President Obama, and those forces loyal to him, put the Middle Eastern Nation into play in this New Great Game after China’s top Naval officer proposed the building of Chinese Naval Base in the critically located Gulf of Aden that lies between Yemen and Somalia and raising the Americans fear of this Communist Nation expanding its military presence around the Globe.

So powerful has China become that reports this week are confirming that not only has it passed Germany to become the World’s top exporting Nation, it has also passed the United States to become the largest automobile market on the entire Planet.
Though the American people have been continuously warned that they are at war with China these warnings continue to fall upon deaf ears, especially by their bankers who incredibly, as the New York Times News Service isreporting today, are preparing to pay to themselves record bonuses as the remainder of their countrymen continue their plunge into an economic abyss, poverty and starvation, all of their own making.
Even worse reports coming from the United States are showing that the warnings given to them by the World’s second richest man, Warren Buffet (who in 2003 warned his countrymen and government that the “time bomb” that exploded last year collapsing theirs, and the Global, economy was posing a “mega-catastrophic risk”) are, likewise, still being ignored by both their people and lawmakers.

Most astounding of all of these events, and as hard as it may be to believe, the once great Nation of the United States, who just last century had faced down the evil threats posed to our World by the Nazi German Fascists and Communist Soviet Empire leading to freedom for over 1 billion human beings, are today financing their own destruction by pouring upon the Communist regime in China countless billions of their dollars for what amount to, according to CNN commentator Jack Cafferty, “junk”.
Equally astounding was the United States Army ordering from communist Chinese factories just prior to the attacks of 9/11 over 600,000 military berets worn by their soldiers. (a policy quickly reversed after it was discovered)
To the purpose of these Chinese troops secreted into the United States this past year it is not in our knowing, nor does this report speculate upon it. However, the most logical conclusion would be in thinking what house owner wouldn’t want to protect his property being mismanaged and potentially destroyed by his deadbeat and broke renters?
