They are afraid that the urban centers will riot if Obama doesn't get reelected. I have family in law enforcement that confirmed this over a year ago. Had conversations in 12160 administration meetings about this very thing. If Obama wins the popular vote and the electoral college gives it to Romney like they did in the Bush Gore election, the intention there may be to instigate racial tensions.

I believe the 2008 blackout in the northeast may have been a beta test to gauge public reaction and riot potential. People behaved during that. There's hope for humanity I think.

Then again some of the ignorant shit on this blog makes me wonder.
