This rhyme echoed by more than a few The broken hearted their minds askew The faithful who are much too few The wolves wandering in the morning dew, Leaving their pubic scalps in a trail left behind In search of perfection they'll never find The tragedy of the lustful human mind Emotional cannibals you will find. Human nature takes its pound of flesh Those meant for each other will never mesh Just another affair that will refresh Sitting on a throne that's meaningless, Oh Father in heaven I appeal to thee There is evil here from sea to sea Seems I only appreciate what I have rarely Please give me the understanding that is key, Is there a paradise somewhere waiting for me?
