Touch me, because I can’t breathe anymore

Touch me, I am the waves on the shore

Touch me, who could ask for more

Touch me, and my spirit will soar,

A beautiful rainy day of green trees

So far inland from the seas

I never meant just to tease

I once loved a dog with fleas,

Touch me, like the sea and the wind

The best thing that I ever did

Was raising my little kids

From there, away the world slid

Funny how family and friends all went away
