WOULDNT IT HAVE BEEN AT LEAST WORTH MENTIONING THE STATUS OF THE DIRECTLY AFFECTED NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION TREATY PARTNERS....UKRAINE, RUSSIA, US, and UK IN RELATION TO THE BUDAPEST MEMORANDUM? THESE AGREEMENTS WERE INITIATED TO PROVIDE A FRAMEWORK FOR PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE TO ENHANCE TRUST AND THUS EMPOWER TRADE FOR MUTUAL BENEFIT...BUT THOSE THINGS ARE JUST NEVER BROUGHT FORWARD AT THE PROPER TIME AND IN PROPER CONTEXT! IT SEEMS VERY FEASIBLE THAT THE VERY TERMS UNDER WHICH THESE AGREEMENTS WERE MADE HAVE BEEN NEGATED AND IN FACT ARE BEING USED AS REASONS TO PUT THOSE SIGNATORIES AT ODDS WITH EACH OTHER...NUTS TO THAT!!
