Vatican Calls for 'Central World Bank' to Be Set Up. (Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!)
The Vatican called on Monday for the establishment of a "global public authority" and a "central world bank" to rule over financial institutions that have become outdated and often ineffective in dealing fairly with crises.
A major document from the Vatican's Justice and Peace department should be music to the ears of the "Occupy Wall Street" demonstrators and similar movements around the world who have protested against the economic downturn.
The 18-page document, "Towards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority," was at times very specific, calling, for example, for taxation measures on financial transactions.

I'll be the first in line for a true rebellion but all my posts since day 1 of the Occupie have been a warning that it was from its onset controlled. I was on chat rooms and around the Sf occupie folks and im telling you it stunk worse than code stink ( code pink ). Not more than a week into it the money trail became apparent. #controlled needs to regroup and realign but as it happened on astrological dates and is now getting the media and funding it needs to really get Obama re-elected, im afraid we just need to keep on planting seeds and preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse when (not if) they cut the Food stamps ( 44 million )
