What am I doing in this strange place?
When another man so easily took my place
Who am I fooling in this alien time and space?
In this world it seems I can never keep pace,

The question must be was I so easy to replace?
Have I been so lost in here without a trace?
Am I but a clueless little puppy in this mysterious race
Where feelings die and emotions give chase,

I'm passing through time space and memories
I tried unsuccessfully too many times to please
I should have known but it's like I'm deceased
At this point in tortured time that has been creased,

What am I doing in this strange place?
Since I've fallen inevitably from grace
Since upon a pile of rubble I have been placed
Forever rejected from her perfume and lace,

Drifitng like a ghost in a cloud of mace`
A rejected child you refuse to embrace
