Isn't it a b*tch when you look up your favorite archived bookmarks only to find half of them are now dead links.

The Internet Archive Way Back Machine can be a handy tool.

There was a site called mindcontrolforums.com which I had only visited a few times and then one day I found it no longer existed. I was distressed as it had much very interesting info that was now seemingly lost for ever.

Through the Way Back Machine however, I was able to download many of the site's archived docs. - archive zip file

I have also been reconstructing most of the docs from the mind control forum index page (these docs not included in zip file).

I would like to know what became of the site and would like to republish some of it if I had permission, so I'll see if I can hunt out people who were involved with it.

Yep it is cool and handy for researching. Another issue is the archive does not go too many pages beyond the our main page there, yet I have noticed other sites don't have this problem. Oh btw, glad to see ya back around these parts again Fred!

It can be a bit hit and miss James, I find often out of maybe 20 archive links listed, only 1 will be operational. But that's all you need sometimes.

I have been a fan of archive.org for a long time, but for some reason they stopped archiving this site. I suspect it is when our site started targeting Obama.
