Thanks to Artificial Intelligence dolphin language was been decoded, in terms of syntax and similarity to the references made in human speech. Dolphin communication is described as a complex, multi-modal system that blends acoustic signals (whistles, clicks, and burst pulses), non-vocal sounds, and intricate body language has been deciphered generally speaking. Example: Each dolphin has an individual signal that it emits a signal, like a name, that identifies that animal. Other dolphins who have heard that name uttered and met the individual animal can remember it for up to 20 years!  

With a larger brain than humans with 4 different hemispheres, Dolphins are capable of conducting 17 simultaneous conversations with others! Doctor John C. Lily attempted meaningful communication linguistics even subjecting dolphins to LSD injections that made the animals more vocal and changed their behavior, but after his famous “Flooded House” experiment in which a bottle nosed dolphin actually lived with one of Lily’s assistants in an attempt to create an interspecies dialogue, the results were disappointing. His funding would soon be terminated and this put an end to the dolphin research even though the animals could sit in a wading pool and mimic every human letter, word, or syllable.

Thanks to the recordings of these experiments being run through AI a complex interpretation that approximates conversation meaning, but it still developing. What researchers want to know is how Dolphins not only think, but what they think of mankind. Some imagine their opinions of mankind may not be very flattering. Dolphins apparently carry some very negative human capabilities too! They are emotional creatures who choose tribes or gangs and they will fight with other species of Dolphins or others from a different region. That have been known to gang rape females even holding them underwater long enough to drown them!

The question remains, can Dolphins and humans have actual interpretable conversations. One would think so if you go to a water park and watch a Dolphin show, but being trained for responses and rewarded for performing are two different things

It is largely from her recent work that the possibility of true communication and getting inside the Dolphin’s mind for comparison to our world view which may reinvent our opinion of animals true level of consciousness and perhaps establish a more humane relationship between humans and many other species of animals we share this planet with. Scientists are already re-evaluating the IQ’s of many animals, for instance rating the intelligence of bears to be comparable to that of primates! With even birds such as crows having a much higher IQ than was ever suspected.

The Ingo Swan Real of Consciousness

How we get to another aspect of consciousness and that is of the MK-ULTRA program of remote viewing. Ingo Swan, a long time top priority psychic who worked with the CIA for two decades was able to achieve better than 65% accuracy with his readings! At that point of his development Ingo was taken, blindfolded on a helicopter to secret facilities where he was tasked with exploring classified foreign installations, paid exorbitant money, but kept incommunicado until each project was finished. • He described a gigantic dish shaped device with a long protruding cone, probably an antennae.
• These non-terrestrial beings responsible for this construction consisting of bridges, dome-like housing, and level runways are not friendly to us human beings!
• When Ingo was asked to look into the wind of a glowing green porthole he observed humanoid figures busy at work but they sensed his presence and began pointing at him which elicited an order from his CIA designated officer to exit the connection!
• Asked to explore the planet Jupiter Ingo identified certain gas clouds and composition of storms which was not surprising but when he saw a ring of ice and tiny asteroids around Jupiter neither Pioneer I or Pioneer II failed to verify Ingo’s findings, but years later Voyager did detect a low level ring surrounding Jupiter that was not as prominent as the rings of Saturn.
