Where Every Child Will be Fed

Only my dreams can take me from this troubled land

A place I can enter without psychotropic drugs in my hand

A bikini beauty all trim and tanned

A tantalizing love I hadn’t quite planned,

A mountain chateau above the cloud cover

To never be betrayed by another lover

Now there are new horizons to discover

From all maladies it seems I can recover,

A dreamscape to comfort my mind

Whenever I feel life leaving me behind

Just another storm cloud silver lined

The joy from every flower I find,

A dream world so far away from the pain

As close as my bed isn’t that insane?

Now there’s a wilderness stream inside my brain

Comfort my fevered brow with a gentle rain,

Squandered love now in the past

So much on planet earth will not last

But there’s euphoria here in bright contrast

Dolphins speak to me from a sea so vast,

Dreaming past the world’s wicked ways

I was once told day dreaming doesn’t pay

Yet, I’ve found a way to keep the wolves at bay

Oh my sweet angel you’re going to stay?

Waves of nirvana all in my head

Feels like I’ve come back from the dead

Now I hear the laughter from dreams instead

The dream world where every child will be fed.
