After hurtful comments about the Holocaust the ADL and SPLC have joined forces to get the host for The View to change her last name.

Whoopi having her entire career based upon a Kosher  last name has been suspended from her role on the tv show she is known for. Not enough for her role in promoting anti-semitism the joint effort by the SPLC and ADL have made a call for her to change her last name.

SPLC Board member had made this statement, "We have let her make use of the Goldberg name far too long and have had far too little of return for the use of the Goldberg name. We simply request that she use another name to profit from. Jones or Brown are great names that would be acceptable for her to continue with her career."

A spokesperson for the ADl had this to say about the name change, "We agree with the SPLC and their suggestion on the name change. She had appropriated the name long enough and had shown a disregard for the sensitivity of the responsibility of a name like Goldberg too long. Now would be an acceptable time for a change in her last name."

Whoopi formerly of the last name Goldberg was unavailable for comment.
