Wish you folks could smell what I'm smelling--OR-- making this years applebutter
Hey All Just thought I would share some pics of me and my wife Rita's much sought after 7 different apple Apple butter,the whole house smells of cinnamony goodness. That's 38 quarts cookin on the stove

Apple butter making completed, total of 38 pints after cooking 20 quarts of apples. My supply is already down to 34 pints after my 4 sister in laws raided my stash,I wonder where they were when me and wifey peeled apples for 5 hours then cooked and stirred for 20 hours the canned for 3 more.
Now it's on to making apple jelly.
