We have tested the ability to post blog and discussions for the member "Chris of the family Masters" and it appears working fine from our side.

The issue can be connected to the cache&cookies data of his browser or the exact browser.

I would recommend to clean the cache&cookies data or change the browser and check if the issue will reproduce.
