I am thoroughly convinced that the only true and living God is Jesus Christ, Who offers to anyone willing to accept His mercy the following invitation:

Revelation 3:20

20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

I am completely convinced that in Him is the only place of refuge and safety. I am also certain that outside of Him lies only judgement and death.

I truly believe that Satan is the ruler of this present world order or cosmos, as it is also called.

 

Ephesians 6:12

12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

 

I don't know how people can see the horrible events unfolding around us and not be thrown into a state of desperation. It takes that desperation to seek and find God.

But where is God? He is in His Word:

But His Word has become adulterated, just as our food supply has become adulterated and genetically modified by the filthy hands of the children of disobedience (disobedient to His Word).

This is totally unacceptable because the Word of God Is declared by God to be our sustenance.

Matthew 4:4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
