Victim had no criminal record. Victim's crime after leaving the stop was to ask 'Why did you stop me'?
No faith in the S.I.S., (took 'em on a number of times in my previous life and was always found to be behaving properly).
The young lady should get herself a good lawyer, sue the chief, commissioner, city, officers, and the Provincial Attorney and Solicitor Generals, and in a few years with her tax free proceeds invest in precious metals, and Boeing, C.I.L. stock.
