anyone monitoring haarp? i normally stay within the realm of tangible and at least observable evidence. they admit they have these technologies so why not consider that maybe what we are seeing is haarp.
i am almost considering making it a personal study. i feel there is a very high probability that these extreme weather occurrences are not natural. mainly do to the there frequency, intensity, and geographical nature (at or near population centers).

In Canada, Hail lasts for maybe one minute, but this is incredible especially in such a nice warm place.

Reminds of of summer 2010 one day outta the blue Mentos sized hail fell for aprox. 20 minutes making holes in plants. Giving my beloved organic garden a pounding.! Never seen so big hails here in Denmark before in my 31 year long life.
