If that's mounted on a street light, it's not 5G, it would be too far away to reach human beings, or their phones, by the way. I agree it looks bad, but I wish it was someone who had more knowledge of telecommunications tech explaining it. In the early 2000s, a DOD spokesman said that in times of national emergency "calming frequencies" would be broadcast from cell phone towers. After I posted about that on the now-closed libertyforum. org, Reuters pulled the story, it was totally expunged from the internet. Alex Jones has mentioned it, though.
Also, in NYC, all cell phone towers were pulled from near a main bridge for traffic, and some giant tower was built next to it at a cost of $100M of taxpayer money. But they refuse to explain what it is. (!!!!!!). - article.
