No they dont always follow the rules, however if there "could be bad publicity" They tend to mind their ps and qs... Not always, but, since KOKESH has gaind alot of attention recently, and was basically arrested for NOTHING already, i doubt that they are really gonna put themselves in a position where they have to REALLY answer questions. They are trying as hard as they can to claim that they arent the tyrants army. I have talked to quite a few officers in my area, and alot seem to have opened their eyes.
