If you have a couple of dollars, go to Amazon and buy Apollo 18.  It is very upsetting.  I won't go back and see it again...nor will I buy it on Amazon.

To be frank, We don't KNOW what is on Mars, and I can assure You pictures received and released to the public show many signs of being manipulated to hide some areas.  And We don't KNOW what strategic aspects it may have in terms of life "out there" getting in here.  And considering TRILLIONS go missing all too frequently, We do not KNOW that it is NOT being spent on the secret space program.

A project on Mars would cost hundreds of Billions of dollars. For what? To explore a lifeless planet? Astronomers would surely notice if there was some type of construction and movement of materials on the Red planet.

A military base on Mars implies Mars has some strategic value to them. Militarily it would make no sense at all to build a base on Mars. There's nothing out there unless you believe aliens are lurking around which gets into a whole other conversation I'd prefer not to get into lol. It's not that I don't think there is alien or intelligent life out there, because that would be stupid given the vastness of the known universe; our milkyway galaxy alone, harbors over 400 billion suns. I don't think it's a matter of existence, but distance. Everything is too far away for the type of an encounters we see depicted in literature and Hollywood.

They outlined in PNAC their goals for domination. It was four things:

1. Democratize the Middle East
2. Control the regions oil supply
3. Full spectrum dominance militarily
4. Development of space based weapons

That was back in the year 2000 when PNAC was drafted. They are clearly following that script still, to this day. The space based weapons were mostly advancements in spy satellites. Though I'm sure they have various weapons that can deliver a payload of some sort.

@ Elaine Morris look into the Particle Cannon. Some say they used it in Iraq a couple times. Probably to test it and scare the Russians and the Chinese. The particle cannon was also in a video game back in 2003-2004 called Command and Conquer: Zero Hour. The previous versions also had weather modification weapons as well. In fact the U.S.A's wmd in the game was a weather control device. In the game subsequent to that it was the Particle Cannon.

There is a star wars weapon I would like to do more research on.  It fires from space to a target on earth.  It turns all of the people into dust but doesn't contaminate the soil and leaves the buildings standing.

I doubt seriously they have anything on Mars. What would be the point? Waste of time and money. The space program's budget is geared mostly towards exploration and space based weapons. Reagan's Star Wars program anyone? Particle Cannon anyone? PNAC documents??

Kryptographic You said the above.  Black projects perhaps goes much deeper than You are aware...?  Yes, the open spending is on weapons.  But I do believe the bases are under the Navy.  As for a point to being on Mars?  Resources come to mind.  Also, I bet there is study of the things They won't let Us see - like past civilization there.  Don't presume that We don't have the tech or the money...

Haha no. I lived with one though. What a roller coaster that was. My advice: never date a stripper unless you make a lot of money and plan on getting him/her out of the business. And off the drugs. Cuz they're ALL on something, guaranteed.
