These shills and disruption agents are not just online, they truly do walk amongst you in public places. The government has been networking this Gang Stalking program for years. They have people who will harass and use psychological tactics (such as gas-lighting and directed conversation) stationed at shopping malls, retail outlets, medical facilities, airports, parks, movie theaters, etc... They are paid to interfere with normal communication and relationships and to discredit people who speak out.
