Been there done that. I've moved to four different states in the last six years because of the same type of harassment and street theater. Phone calls just like this, computer and server hacks, men in suits etc.
If you've never been under assault I can see why you may think this is naivety or some prank. However I should point out that someone such as Alex Jones that has been on the front lines of this as long as he has is far from naive and lacking experience by the very definition of the word, naive.

The NSA is not governed nor has any laws,constitutional or otherwise to control any aspect. Yet,gov. funded.

I had car trouble and called a tow service. The lady ask my location,I gave it. Then she asked me if I was wearing a white,standing by a black suv and gave me my lic. #. I asked where she was. She said she was in Calcutta,WTF? So, think the gov. can't see you or find you?
