I tried to put this all together as if it were a concert and in the chronological order that they were performed.

Here it is in a playlist. Just figuring out how to do this stuff.
Too bad I had to chop it up into 5 parts, plus a lot of quality is lost at YouTube.
Maybe someday I can upload 2gig without the loss of quality.
