I 'am sorry these things are so alarming to some of you. We as a force need to get a movement going to stop using all {old} nuclear plants. Concerning what you can do personally is take baths with vinegar or baking soda to draw out the radiation. I f you can take kelp do that.You can also eat Japanese miso soup,i don't have a recipe but there are recipes out there. Bentenite also works well for drawing out radiation. But honestly folks. This is in everything. The water you drink,the food you eat,the air we breathe. I do not think there are any steps we can take to escape it. I would rather know what is going on instead of being asleep like a good percentage of us that have no idea what is going on. This has been happening to us before most of were born.All I'm seeing is a train heading our way and we are stuck on the tracks. God is the only one that can save us from the disaster that is coming.Pray,meditate for the Spiritual self.Help others,treat others as you would be treated.
