old man was a gunsmith....I need another weapon like I need a wife....neithers gonna happen ...lolz. got too damn many now. thinking bout trading a couple dozen rifles for ammo now...d'ohhhh  ....and I'm hoping there's enough resistance to this proposed "Cashless" system, they gotta get those chips in ya 1st....and that's also not happening here with me. My personal opinion is that this whole place is gonna take a big USSR type dump before any of this craps implemented anyway...these lunatics have impossible dreams ;)

That is possible, for some, right now. There are two problems with that though. 1st what that would do to the firearms dealers if such a banking scheme were implemented on a larger scale. 2nd what happens if/when the US goes cashless? Ie. digital or crypto currency. I see them test-firing the latter one in a few other countries right now.

this only works if one uses a bank I'm guessing???, if so, I'm safe lolz, I quit that nasty bank account habit years ago

I know talking about the banks can be boring, but this is one case where everyone should have a pucker-factor going on. Banks are conspiring to decide how you can spend your money. Where does it end after this?
