Days before the UK Rally against child abuse was held, filmmakers Bill Maloney and Lilly Starr visited the final resting place of Bill's sister Dyana Maloney, in preparation for the speech that he would deliver at the Rally below Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, London.

In the film you are about to watch Bill, as a victim of abuse, re-opens the case of the unascertained death of his sister Dyana, who he believes was murdered by the British Establishment because of his involvement in the fight against child abuse, and the erosion of civil liberties.
