Spend alot of time in Mexico.  Drive through the place pretty much every year.  Appears to me to be what I refer to as a 'Tanaque Village".  East coast, west coast, all the way down to Guatamala boarder country, I have a 10 year feel for the country.

Laredo to Monterry is one of my more frequent routes when I do drive south or north.  Know 85 well.

A 'tanaque village is what I call a low income government subsidized housing estate.

If your looking for Chi-Com storm troopers pillaging the land I'd be more inclined to turn my attention to underground bunkers in New York, Toronto, and Richmond B.C. China town shopping malls.

Okay...let's understand something here.  This is NOT some 'housing subdivision' deep in Mexico for ex-patriots.  Second, the concise uniformity of the physical layout of the area is definitely well-organized. And third, why is this facilty just south of Laredo TX?

Laredo is a CENTRAL entry point into the U.S. from Mexico, as well as being a prime location for being tied into the highway system under construction from the south western sea ports of Mexico all the way up to almost the Canadian border.  (Remember, Mexican truckers have just recently been given the go-ahead to start operations into The States.)

While we might not be able to tell definitively that this is a Chinese base of operations, given that the man posting the video went to the time and trouble to do a Google Earth search to FIND this location should tell you that word about the possibility of there being a Chinese base south of Laredo is spreading.  We need to keep digging to find out these sites are.

But this much we, THE PEOPLE, do KNOW - the United States HAS been divided into 10 FEMA CONTROLLED ZONES (not states or districts or counties but ZONES), each overseen by [some level of] a General within the U.S. military infra-structure.  And we also KNOW that there has been waaayyy too much troop, materiels and centralization of communications operations taking place in the last few months to mean more than something just the ordinary 'exercise' crap we're constantly fed.

Don't find fault with the poster's efforts.  At least he made the effort.  Think, instead, that there is something physically there and we need to know what it is, should it actually be a Chinese base of operations.  And if it is the latter, God Help Us, because it will mean we are going to be in for a real mess when the bad guys spring the next 9/11 on us and start coordinating the infiltration of foreign troops into our lands (think, and maybe even watch, the 1984 movie "Red Dawn.")

Keep your powder dry, your wits about you and shoot ANYTHING that doesn't look American when whatever it is starts to go down - and "go down" it will!!!!
