He was on Vicadin when he committed the murders, but his first drug was ritalin. He reminds me a lot of the Columbine shooters. There was a strong likelihood the Columbine shooters were under MKULTRA Mind Control and it is very likely this guy was too. The CIA has a lot of guys like this who they can trigger a any time to commit these sort of heinous crimes for the shock effect they have as they try to manipulate Congress to do their bidding.
