Just thought I'd add my 2 cents after reading the comments.

This cop has a Mother asking for excessive force against a child / minor. She is admitting she can not control the child and wants to inflict pain upon her in order to control her). The officer is there "supposedly" to protect and serve the community. (ahem, most of us know better, they're there to serve the corporation of the US. which imho  is about mind control, which is about population control.) This man in panties (officer) can not address this situation with common sense obviously. So he resorts to violence against a child?!!! What happened to reasoning? What happened to patience and self control especially when dealing with a child? Now what are those ancient tried and true teachings? You want to teach patience, be patience. Teach control, be in control. Ya.

Anyone with common sense can see that EVERYTHING is wrong with this picture.  If more of us would follow our conscious instead of the dictates of dictators,  we would need no insane laws and this wouldn't be our news.

Ultimately the responsibility falls on the Mother, however both her and the cop are complete idiots. Calling the cops in the first place was her first mistake. If I were the Dad, I would telling her to get lost.

Hey, here in Canada in my own home town a constable tasered an old man.

And yes, NOTHING WAS DONE. He is still there to do it at a whim's notice.

Nice guy! These criminal actions of coppers should be held accountable. Instantly! Not tomorrow or with a hearing that is internal with zip for results. but TODAY!

If nothing is done to rectify Criminal coppers then it is finally time, [Lord help us] that the US citizens take physical instant permanent action, against these jerks! It seems violence is all the jerks understand.

How many times have the cops in the US done this ?. I remember reading bout a 12 year old boy who got tased cuz he didnt do what he got ordered to by the cop right away. I also remember reading bout other kids who has been tased. I cant believe that a grown man can do such a thing to a small child. ! I fully understand that most police officers has a low IQ (and thats hows it intanted, then they dont question orders and can be ordered around like cattle to do the dirty work).

Why isnt the parents do their job raising their daughter in a normal manor.? Tantrums are somewhat normal its a port of growing up. I should have been tased 10.000 times as a kid for being hysterical but its an important step of growing up to be an independent person.

I Denmark where i live kids arent being raised probably they usually get their will and can almost do what they want. The parents just give them what they want to shut up or they put them in front of the computer or TV. Ive seen girls down to the age of 10 years old having a mayor fit because the parents would give them G-string underwear or gucci handbags ect. ect. ITS F'ing INSANE.

Maybe parents in the western world should take their time to raise their kids themselves instead of letting different institutions handeling it (and they do a bad job as it is). The way kids now-a-days are is totally narcissistic and who can blame em. Thats how they get programmed by their surroundings especially by watching mainstream TV. Trash like idol, you think you can dance the list continues for almost an eternity. Wheres the programmes that encourages people to think (and not being a mindless drone) ????? Its F'ing Sad.! We can only hope people will start to get rational again. !

i think too much outside pressure and expectations on the family unit may have provoked this ..if the child has difficulty containing emotions the family prob need time out.... but one thing is for sure that girl will be traumatised of authority figures for the rest of her life.

Are you serious?  ARE YOU SERIOUS???  If a 10 year old can get THAT out of control where the mother cannot control them, the mother should lose custody of that child; give the child to the dad.

 

When I was growing up, if I would have acted like this 10 year old was,  you know what would have happened to ME??  That's right...  C R A C K !!!!

 

The "law" will nail parents regardless:  If you discipline your child too much, it's abuse and you will be held responsible and could taken away... If you DO NOT discipline your child, and they go and commit a crime (if under the age of accountablilty), you will be held responsiblie and could be taken away.

 

It needs to go back it was in the day.... GOVERNMENT -- KEEP YOUR NOSES OUT OF THE PRIVATE CITIZEN'S BUSINESS WHEN IT COMES TO THE RAISING OF THEIR CHILD!!!!!
