Take the child away from the mother and give her to the father in this situation.. the cop needs to be tazered to let him know what it feels like!!

This was a parental/child discipline problem. When asked to taser her daughter he should have walked out . It is not the job of the police department to discipline kids. Parents should not be using the public services to discipline their kids.
