Being that this incident occurred in a public place in St. Louis, MO, the video is legal W/O the consent of everyone recorded, as there is no expectation of privacy in a public place (Mo. Rev. Stat. §565.253, sec 1).

I've never seen someone scream themselves hoarse before... you can hear it in her voice at the end. It's pretty cool (& merciful) that there is a built-in limiting governor to tyraids like this.

Is it just the proliferation of cameras / phones that are documenting these outbursts - or has there been an increase in mental breakdowns / illness in recent years -  and it begs the question what is behind it?

Big Pharma meds, stress etc?
