'Driving' IS a privilege, however, traveling is NOT. Driving is for transportation and commerce, for hire. 'Passenger' is someone in a 'vehicle' that is used for transportation, for hire, commerce. THAT is the "privilege" these people speak of. With very little research into US CODES and a 6th or older Blacks Law Dictionary, a small understanding of the 'legal fiction', one can come to understand better the fraud of these talks. The politician, IF they know, will never give up that information as it would expose the fraud. So Dodd is actually correct through omission of all the facts.
