I have no doubts about controling our health records, they've computerized them now and all doctors in the US have access to them. No telling where and what it will come down to next.
Be careful of Gary Franchi, I know he says the right stuff, but he has schemes. He's also an Israel firster.

Its interesting the piece is titled dhs/FEMA create tracking device for patients but spends most of the time setting up the story of the illegal immigrant. Is the wrist band the tracking device? Are Muslim immigrants the new fashion statement and Latin American passe? What is the narrative being implied here?
