The town of Sudbury in Canada was leveled by downdrafts from a towering T-storm back several decades ago, before HAARP. That's what I heard from several sources when I lived in the U.P. of Michigan. So, severe winds can come from big cells, it is a danger, always. HAARP no doubt can intensify storms and make these events more common. 
WRT the video, I heard no mention of Fukushima, which has to be on every Seattle resident's mind. The "news" nowadays is a joke.

I.m subscribed to Dutchsinse's channel on You Tube. He's just a regular guy, not a professional weatherman or anything. But has been watching  HAARP very close and has learned an awful lot. So much in fact his channel is inaccurate on the number of views he's had. Showing much less than there has been and he's been having a lot of trouble uploading his  videos. I am subscribed and was getting his videos daily untill about 3 weeks ago. I don't get them at all now and neither do some of his other subscribers. Anyway, he got some decent equipment and he and his wife left there home in Missouri and drove all the way to Forks on the Olympic Peninsula taking readings all along the way, making videos and uploading them to You  Tube. To find him just go to You Tube and search Dutchsinse. He has also save more than a few lives by showing viewers where HAARP is making severe weather. Joplin is a good example of that. There's part of a letter on his channel from someone who is alive today thanking him. He did all of his ttesting from the ground. Though FEMA is paying the bill for this helicopter testing...where does FEMA's money come from? So I ask again...who's paying the bill? Hello.

Good video James,but little to late i think for these dumb asses to be doing radiation tests. Fukushima was and probably still is putting out all kinds of radiation still. Probably will be for 10 to 20 years. Arnie Gunderson,said that people in Seattle were ( breathing) in at least 5 HOT radiated particles a day. Now why would an independent Nuclear scientist say that if it wasn't true ? Sorry but i do not trust any Government in control these days. Dwight Eisenhower is not the President and this isn't the 50's---

In KING 5 TV's report Tuesday on high levels of radiation detected in Northwest rainwater, the United States government is accused of continuing to fail to tell the public about Fukushima dangerous radiation blanketing parts of the United States, a coverup that led grassroots projects and independent reporters to gather and present data for public well-being. University of California Nuclear Engineering Department Forum began asking on Tuesday for people in the Los Angles area to come forward with any dangerous radiation readings that may have been detected after local peaches were highly radioactive.
