I have an idea to re-purpose this, and will soon be seeking R&D funding to pursue it. The Static Electric Field reverts the epigenetic system, it doesn't change DNA itself. The epigenetic system turns genes on and off. The thing is, reverting this system in adult organisms (along with adding a few chemicals which shall remain nameless for now), I think, is a good way to reverse the aging process. Just a high voltage source, and two well-insulated metal plates.
