yeah , thats a win. and a good win to.
I wish someone would write something like a textbook, for those among us who can not spend large amounts of time researching law. When I went to teach myself developmental neuropsychology, or alkaloid chemistry or electronics, there was, of course too much material to read. But I can't recall seeing much more than a pamphlet on common law back when there were large WN groups that had hundreds of books for sale in their catalogs. Ron Huff, the Imperial Wizard in the Cincinnati area back in the late 80s and early 90s, taught me much of use, but a book about how to proceed in court would be invaluable. Of course, it's mostly too late now. The time for talk passed a while back.
I never choose to make a "special appearance" in their place of business. Some years ago I sent a notice of conditional acceptance to the registrar, which closed this charade on the spot. Never heard from them again.
That's all great, and everything, and I've seen some remarkable victories, but it can also blow up in your face. My favorite court appearance, that I wish I had video of, this woman (my accuser) said that "poison gas, and bombs are his specialty". It just caught me in such a way that I laughed, somewhat loudly. At the end, the magistrate awkwardly backed out of the court room, almost knocking over her chair. Heh.
