The speaker is Mark "From Michigan" Koernke and the clip is taken from "America in Peril" which was produced in the early 90's.

Oh, and "Obama care" the AHCA has provisions in it for forced home inspections overseen and conducted by the power of the IRS. Local police will be required to attend these home invasions in case there is resistance on the part of the occupants of the house!

I didn't vote in favor of anything like this or for anyone who endorsed this type of activity and I don't know anyone who has....so WTF?

This is where and when guns will be the American people's only remaining hope of restoring law and order to the criminal government gone wild!
