F-18 jet crashes into apartments in Virginia next to elementary school

Both pilots safely ejected from the plane that moments later crashed into a residential area in Virginia Beach.
Only nine people have been reported injured in the incident. US Navy Captain Mark Weisgerber blamed a "catastrophic mechanical malfunction" for the crash.

sister lives a mile away....she says these guys have been flying so low for weeks now that it would rattle the glass panes out of their seat and the Pets go crazy, everybody has been pissed off lately because of the close proximity to the ground.
Small miracle nobody got killed... :)
