The folks in Newcastle are a mix between hard working commuters putting up with the daily trek, (1 hour in good weather and much longer in winter) to Toronto and back, skilled tradespeople employed in the nuclear energy field or who are tied to the land in the farming industries which abut Newcastle.
When the person who sent the letter is found, (and I believe that they eventually will be), the best thing for the gutless coward to do is move.
Odds are against Durham Regional Police finding the sorry fool. It will be the community.
