FEMA is preparing for a 6 state disaster of epic proportions FEMA REGION 3 in October 2013.  These are the same States that were hit by man-made Superstorm Hurricane Sandy last October/November 2012. This is no coincidence that these same states are "EARMARKED" for yet another huge Super Storm man-made by HAARP and Chemtrails - Geo-Engineering - whatever name you want to call it.

This time the Illuminati plan to wipe out Washington DC with not only the storm but an additional false flag terror threat from either the DC Naval Yard or from Andrews Airforce base - with some kind of nuclear radiation that will destroy Washington DC permanently - and by design so it has to be relocated to Denver Colorado - at the underground multi-level military base at Denver International Airport connected to Cheyenne Mountain underground.  Denver International Airport is the NEW WORLD ORDER capital of the USA - which is why they are still doing construction on it and it cost Billions of dollars.  Once Washington DC is destroyed - it means "the Illuminati" have the perfect excuse to move the capital to DENVER - where they will feel "safe" and protected underground.  Not like DC where everything is above ground and easily targeted.  Also - all our American historical documents will be destroyed and irretrievable due to the radiation - so it will make it easier for the Illuminati to REWRITE OUR HISTORY.  This superstorm will also be used as a TEST RUN to see how well they can manage Martial Law of 6 big states during a natural catastrophe and how well citizens will obey or not.  This is a serious test run of Martial Law folks.  They had no second thoughts in murdering 3,000 Americans in the 911 WTC towers - they will have no qualms to murder as many again to accomplish their goal.
