Umm its hard to tell if what he was looking at on those tracks was in deed a FEMA train or just a usual car... I live close to train tracks and have seen those type of train cars before many times. The one in the movie had seats in the real deal I'm not sure they have seats like that if at all. Interesting though no doubt.
