This Madness is Advancing Beyond my wildest expectations. Okay, so the Government now owns a Big percent of TEPCO. TEPCO won't even install BACKUP POWER for the MOST PROBLEMATIC NUCLEAR POWER PLANT ON THE SURFACE OF THE EARTH. A F##n MOUSE/RAT was blamed for a Blackout to Four Spent Fuel Pools. Those of you who have been following along KNOW - "that's a BIG Problem". Beyond BIG.
So here's the deal, the Japanese Government steps in AFTER A F###N RAT/mouse was blamed for a complete power outage to three circuit boards to 4 SPENT FUEL POOLS. How or WHY they are all connected to ONE POWER SOURCE, I Don't Know... But... Now, NOW the Government tells TEPCO to (DUAH) PUT IN BACK-UP POWER SOURCES in case a Mouse (or HUMAN Failure) cuts the POWER. TWO F##N YEARS LATER AFTER ALL OF THIS?! TWO YEARS OF THIS AND A MOUSE GIVES YOU A HINT YOU NEED BACK-UP POWER, REALLY? SERIOUSLY?!! (Meanwhile, you may remember that TEPCO chose not to TELL the public there was a power outage for HOURS and Hours... and guess what... they THINK IT "MIGHT HURT THE UTILITY'S ABILITY TO BE TRUSTED BY THE PEOPLE FOR NUCLEAR SAFETY????" ARE YOU F##N KIDDING ME? Don't get me started!!!

1/2 debris from Tsunami and earthquake have been cleared. HOWEVER, the other half "will be difficult to dispose of due to radioactive contamination".
