Because events like the Foot & Mouth/ BSE 'outbreaks' in the UK, were designed to be part of the process to destroy British farming and the rural community - the last people in the country who oppose the agenda of the PTB / EU takeover.
The goal is to end up with a situation where rural and farming land could be bought up from private farmers and owners for pennies by Big Pharma / Biotech - who then have free reign to grow whatever they want. Meanwhile, food prices go up, and the UK is forced into importing the majority of it's food from the EU.
Flooding the UK with 'immigrants' only serves to increase the demand for housing development/ urbanization/ Agenda 21, forcing everyone into the new containment areas. Much easier to process the dead, when CBRN warfare is used en masses against the population by the PTB.
