@David, thinks for pointing out the obvious. As I've been through these checkpoints before, once you've been pulled over there is no short wait. The border patrol will diddle for an hour or so just to make it look like they are doing something important. What cracks me up is that people are so surprised as if this is something new when in actuality many of these checkpoints have been there for decades.

 Since 9/11 was carried out by domestic and foreign individuals at the behest of the NWO=OWO, and the DHS and TSA refuse to address who did 9/11, intentionally blew out the DH oil well in the GoM, intentionally blew up the Fukushima facility, deregulated and is looting Wall Street, etc., these two agencies can be considered molesters and traitors to the U.S. only. They have yet to apprehend a terrorist in 11 years. They just fondle genitals and bought 450 million rounds of killer hollow-point ammunition in case YOU don't flirt back.

According to the video this is Westbound I-8 in Southern California (an East-West highway that NEVER intersects the international border). I've been on this road many times and yes, there are a lot of interior checkpoints near but not on the Mexican border and they have been there for many years. But in the good old days a guy who looks like him would have been waved through and never stopped.  I guess it became politically incorrect to wave through someone who is obviously not Latino so now it's suddenly a problem. But the checkpoints should only be at the border not inside the country but nobody spoke up when they were put there years ago because it didn't affect them personally. But now it does, boo hoo. Can only imagine what a nightmare it is for people who live/work in these areas and have to go through these checkpoints every day.

I think most people do not know there rights as this gentleman did, and that's why they willingly let this happen to them.  And yes, It does make it a police state, It is exactly what the Germans did. I can see at 3 am and there loo0king for drunks, but in the day, multiple checkpoints and for what? to look for immigrants? Kind of sounds like a police state to me. Heck, I am Canadian and have a lot less rights then Americans, but this would not be tolerated here. I really can not believe this happens right next door.. Great Video....

This video is going viral ..  i picked up this comment made by a moron on youtube 

• Supreme Court has ruled that checkpoints are Constitutional under the 4th Amendment. The guy stayed in his car, didn't have to answer any questions, was never threatened, and was let go seconds later. If anything this shows how much of a NON-police state we have. Nobody's rights were trampled and the police didn't do anything unconstitutional. I don't know what this video was trying to prove but all I got out of it was this guy was trying to make a fuss and failed epically.
