How to bring civil actions against Gov Officials still in Office
Using the Federal Constitution Article 1 Sec 8 Clause 10 + Title 18 USC 242 + Civil RICO to Bring legal actions directly upon Government Officials in their Personal Capacity while they are still in office. This can also be applied to those no longer in public office to bring legal action now for Failures and Crimes committed in previous years while they were in office.
