Yes Vincent and it gets uglier every day. In all the disaster, apocalyptic movies that I watch (and I watch them all) EVERY SINGLE TIME they march out the geniuses. But in real time they appoint gate keepers that insure that NOTHING is done and it hasn't. We are going on year 3. I don't know what it will take, honestly.
