I looked into this and here is what I found. The initial bill introduced in Jan of 2019 was an act to amend the Internal Revenue code of 1986 to repeal the excise tax on high cost of employer sponsored health coverage. The entire text of the bill was changed in Mar of 2020 and the title given the CARES act at that time.

Good find Chris, and on you tube out of all places, must have been the one that got away. The sheep have now cottoned on and finally we start to see non-compliant action occur. It's a promising sight to behold. The cop force will wish they had Not focused on unlawful road blocks, and lonely isolated beach goers getting bad press and losing face, when now a walk in the sun by the many is a bigger problem. It's like stuff you Gov, we're out of here.
