There is too much money involved ,.government corruption is at a high never before seen in the history of the United States and quite frankly they don't care what the people say or do, how munch they complain the people will get "fracked" whether they like it or not .. The choice is lay back and enjoy getting "fraken raped" or scream, yell, kick, scream and fight back until they hear you and if its unavoidable hurt them back to make them stop, if you are fighting for your life, lethal force is not only constitutional its your right to defend yourself from imminent death!!!

Jersey City List forum has been battling this for 3 years as Spectra has won one legal battle after another to snake this gas pipeline through Bayonne and Jersey City to just North of the Holland Tunnel and cross into the Meat Packing District (around Gansvoort Street.)
There is NOTHING that can be done about it at this point...it is a VERY done deal.
