the "filters" are video editing filters, not from camera, and I think it could be something, the subject in question almost looks nude to me, like its a form fitting one piece, but like Laser Show says, low quality crap = low quality results (SISO)

'x-ray filter' LOL it's a shitty cam and does not pick up x-ray wavelength, maybe it's just a dumb name for a 'filter'. I honestly can't believe some of the shit that the net accepts anymore. Notice the 3 men walking through before the 'cloaked man' and how they look, now watch the single 'cloaked man' running much faster past the camera. It's a combination of a bad camera, low quality video / low quality encoding, look at the pixel size / block size! it's huge no wonder the guy blurs out.
