Well oh well, it would seem that our hero Claire Celsi is now getting sued for blocking people on her twitter account. She is having a rough time of it.
Interesting, a well-regulated Militia using the term of the day, meant that the governments forces would have very good iron sights (regulations) on their weapons. Then going on to a new statement, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. To ensure balance between what the military has, and what the civilians need to equal that force. The Civilians to have the same weapons as the basic military man. But the bigger issue is the 2nd amendment did not give that right to the civilians. It is an inherent right, your birth right and is quite without the government control or influence. The Bill of Rights, prohibits the government from acting against those inherent rights.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."   Notice she skips right over that the Militia is necessary to the security of a free state, as in free of tyrannical government regulations.

Thank you for your comments, it warms the cockles of my heart to hear that. I have never heard of  CLAIRE CELSI, and Iowa is pretty small. I am thinking she is just some kind of small town, ass clown who is running her mouth off. She wrote her first unemployment check with that stupidity.
